Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to your door

Assistance Healthcare is committed to a high standard of service so we aim for short delivery turnarounds wherever possible. We endeavour to dispatch orders received during standard business hours on the same day as they are received (subject to availability).

To ensure your item arrives in good time and in good condition, we use both couriers as well as Australia Post.

Our delivery targets for Australia wide shipping (unless otherwise stated on the individual product page) are as follows:

  • 1-3 business days for Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne metropolitan areas

  • 3 business days for all other Eastern seaboard areas, South Australia and Tasmania

  • 3-7 business days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory


Your order delivery is trackable and may require a signature on delivery (anyone can sign). In the event a signature is required, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and we will require a delivery address where someone will be available to receive goods (such as a work address).

If no one is home to receive your item, you will be left a card with an 'authority to leave' option.

Tracking your order

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

  • We will attempt to send your order out within 1 working day after receiving your order.
  • For orders submitted over the weekend or if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer.
  • Your email confirmation will provide a parcel tracking number and a web link that will allow you to track the status of your order online.

Incorrect delivery address/returned goods

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a freight charge will apply to send it again. This charge will be dependent on the location and size of the delivery.

We will provide you with a quote and invoice for payment. Any applicable freight charges must be paid before products are shipped.

Product returns

Products can be returned for a full refund of the invoiced price (exclusive of any shipping charges), when received within 30 days of receipt of goods, unused and in saleable condition.

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@assistancehealthcare.com.au or call 1300 883 194 and we will arrange for an immediate replacement (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
